Shimmering Blue Morpho Rhetenor Butterfly Hindwing Pendant, Blue Morpho Necklace

This species is very difficult to come across as they are quite pricey and in demand.  I came across one and was able to utilize three of the wings for a few pieces.   This one is a hindwing and made into a pendant with a gunmetal patina finish.  The wing hangs from an 18" gunmetal chain.  This is a one-of-a-kind piece and can't be duplicated.

Debra’s Divine Designs uses many recycled wings that collectors reject due to flaws or missing antennae and preserves them into beautiful wearable pieces of art that can be handed down for future generations to enjoy! To avoid discoloring or molding of your precious wing, please be sure not to get your butterfly wet and to wipe any oils from skin off of the glass and silver alloy, with a soft dry cotton cloth.
