Tree Nymph Butterfly, Idea Leuconoe Butterfly Earrings

Teardrop shaped black and white butterfly wing earrings are made with the species Idea Leuconoe, known as the Tree Nymph or Rice Paper Kite butterfly.  Set on surgical steel ear wires with a black spinel gemstone bead.

All my jewelry comes gift wrapped and protected with bubble wrap and shipped in a bubble wrap envelope or box depending on size of the order.

ALL Butterfly and Moth Specimens are purchased through a licensed supplier through Environment Canada. The source of these specimens is attained from global butterfly farms. The winged butterflies & moths fly in freedom until naturally expired where they are collected by workers and packaged for shipping. These farms provide employment, education and re-population of the reared species back into their locales.
